How do I make a move on a girl?

Okay, so I have a girlfriend right now and we have a honest relationship because we were friends for quite some time before we actually made it official. We’ve been together for around 2 months now and I have not made any move except to hold her hand. How do I initiate a hug or kiss? How should I tell her that I want to hug and kiss her? Please help!
