Beauty Guru of the Week: Celebrity Make Up Artist Mally Roncal

Celebrity makeup artist Mally Roncal is one of the most sought-after and beloved style-makers in the beauty industry today. Her makeup artistry can be seen in the editorial of iconic publications such as Allure, InStyle, Harper’s Bazaar, W, Marie Claire, Elle and Lucky as well as on fashion runways, album covers and, of course, the red carpet. Mally’s natural gift is her ability to make her clients not only look beautiful, but feel beautiful. This has made her a favorite among a versatile group of celebrities including Beyoncé, Zooey Deschanel, Jennifer Lopez, Mary J. Blige, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Destiny’s Child, Kelly Osborne, Celine Dion, Lee Ann Womack, and Ashlee Simpson.

Mally’s love affair with makeup began at an early age, when she would experiment with makeup on her mother, an incredible beauty who served as her inspiration. Motivated by her parents, both doctors, Mally pursued a pre-med education, yet she never abandoned her inner passion for art, makeup and fashion. With encouragement and inspiration from mentors (including fashion stylist team Mathu and Zaldy, and celebrity hair stylist Danilo, whom she met while designing for Kalinka), Mally put aside her pre-med education to pursue her ultimate dream – exploring the power of makeup.

Mally quickly moved to the top of the “who’s who” list in the beauty industry, becoming one of its most dynamic and in demand talents. With her passion for art, color, and design, along with her charm, contagious enthusiasm and warm, magnetic personality, it is no wonder that top celebrities turn to her to prepare for their most important career moments. Mally has the ability to create a diverse range of looks from natural and elegant, to colorful and ultra-glamorous. Her beauty philosophy emphasizes healthy, breathable skin that looks flawless and dewy.

Since it launched, Mally BEAUTY has become a runaway success and has allowed Mally to pursue her passion for teaching women everywhere how easy and uplifting makeup can be.

Mally’s enthusiasm and inspiration also continues to grow with each new career milestone.
