Kai Chase – Michael Jackson’s own personal chef has described what she remembers unfolded at Michael Jackson’s home the day he died last June 25.

The Associated Press caught up with Kai Chase earlier, and she said that she knew something was wrong that fateful morning because Dr. Conrad Murray did not even go downstairs to get the juice and granola he usually brought to Michael for breakfast.

“I started preparing the lunch and then I looked at my cell phone and it was noon,” she quipped. “About 12:05 or 12:10 Dr. Murray runs down the steps and screams, ‘Go get Prince!’ He’s screaming very loud. I run into the den where the kids are playing. Prince (Jackson’s oldest son) runs to meet Dr. Murray and from that point on you could feel the energy in the house change.”

She further revealed that it was just chaos in the house.

Paramedics were running up and down the stairs, Jackson’s daughter Paris was crying, basically there was chaos and pandemonium all over the house. She recounts that security guards notified her at around 1:30 p.m. telling her that she had to leave and so did that her and the other staff needed to leave the house because Jackson was being taken to the hospital.

Kai was initially hired by the Michael in March, was let go after in May, and then requested to come back in June to help Jackson prepare for his London tour. She further tells the AP that she was requested to go with Jackson in London for his “This is It” tour.
