OMG! Is the Twilight franchise hitting the small screen??

According to the Daily Telegraph there have been talks about the Twilight franchise switching from the big screen to the small screen.

And not just that, apparently Robert Pattinson was offered $1.8 million per episode if the Twilight franchise does end up in the small screen.

Say what??

Yep you read right! According to Contactmusic magazine Robert Pattinson aka Edward Cullen is in talks with Summit Entertainment regarding a possible TV spin-off.

The Twilight producers are planning to capitalise on the popularity of Twilight and New Moon by launching a possible TV series next year after the release of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, in June next year.

Well then, if the Twilight franchise is indeed hitting the small screen then Vampire Diaries will definitely have some stiff competition.

Twilight vs. Vampire Diaries? Sounds so blood suckingly delicious!
