There is no denying that Harry Potter – the ultimate magical “road movie” has had one heck of a ride in the box office. The world’s most famous boy wizard Harry Potter has indeed cast a spell on us over and over again – and we’re all just helpless to resist his magical charms!
So what’s next with Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson?
Well according to reports, in the upcoming Deathly Hallows we will see a different side of the movie franchise. Apparently Harry and friends will be spending most of their time outside Hogwarts magical walls, this time round they’ll all be disguising themselves as “Muggles” and mingling in the real world.
Now here’s some more interesting news: apparently the seventh and final book in J.K. Rowling’s hit series is going to be split into two films.
The first part is set to come out next November whilst the second one will then follow in 2011.Apparently director David Yates will make the first instalment more grounded in reality than its previous predecessors.
“It’s going to feel very real,” Yates advised USA Today. “They’re like these three refugees on the run. They’re out in the big bad world, facing real danger, unguarded by those wonderful benign wizards at Hogwarts. They don’t have a home to go to. We’re kind of pulling away from the magic a bit and bringing more reality to it.”
More reality and less magic – sounds magically wonderful! It would be interesting to see Harry and friends take on a different adventure.
For the meantime, keep waving that sexy magical wand of yours Harry!
