New Barbie Dolls called Kim, Khloe & Kourtney

It couldn’t get better for the Kardashian sisters. They are going to be in the same league as Audrey Hepburn, Elizabeth Taylor and Barbara Streisand and other celebrities who have their own editions of Barbie dolls. E! Online has confirmed that new Barbie dolls named after the three sisters, Kim, Khloe and Kourtney, will be out sometime later this year. However, a representative of Mattel told the channel that as a matter of company policy they do not comment on rumors regarding forthcoming products.
The hint was there for everyone to see when this Christmas Kim tweeted “Happy Christmas Barbs” and “I’m sure we’ll be seeing lots of each other [in 2012]. Shopping soon!” on Barbie’s social media account. At that time it appeared as if Kim, a self-declared product and brand in her own right was chatting with another product and brand. Little did we know that it was about the sisters being immortalized in plastic.
If rumors are true then the limited edition Kardashian dolls are likely to be named the “Dash Dolls” which is probably a hint that the dolls will be wearing clothing similar to what you seen on display at Kardashians’ Dash boutiques.
Sources say that Kim, Khloe and Kourtney dolls will appear as Barbie’s friends and will also reflect the sisters’ measurements and outfits designed by the three sisters. It is obviously going to be a great union between the 50-year old famous doll brand and the Kardashian sisters, both known for their wardrobe and sharp business sense.
