The Pacific International Runway along with one of its partners, the Pacific Trade Invest and representatives from Samoa, Papua New Guinea, New Zealand, Fiji, Cook Islands and Tonga are bringing the Runway this year to the elite and luxurious Star City Sydney following a three-year signed contract.
The international partnership has been working diligently behind the scenes to gain the Pacific International Runway brand the influence and recognition it desires to make a prominent mark on the Australian fashion scene, and beyond. An evening of fashion, Pacific culture and extraordinary creativity will bring Sydney’s luxurious Star City Venue to a jaw-dropping halt with a sensational line-up of top Pacific designers including Hoerder Designs from Fiji, Cecelia’s Fashion from Samoa, Fiona Matutu from the Cook Islands, and Bou Fashion from Tonga/NZ to name a few.
Failepou Peni, the owner of the major event sponsor LEPOU said, “never limit oneself to playing it safe, push every boundary until you own it and keep on stretching your boundary until there is nothing left to stretch. As little girls with big dreams become a woman with a vision.”
The Royale guests, Media, and Celebrities will receive a supercharged, energetic glitz to glamor evening with a few delightful surprises along the way. With over three decades of experience in the industry, fashion designer Failepou Peni and partners have been working behind the scenes to mentor and support emerging designers in various Pacific nations through development workshops.
Failepou Peni attributes all of her successes to GOD saying in Ocean deep; her faith will never waiver for she believes in HIM and WE, the responsibility is ours to connect, collaborate and empower to design and create opportunities. Tickets to the event will be released shortly via Ticketek so watch this space.
