When Christine Reyes revealed that she and Dennis Trillo used to date, Dennis kept his mouth shut and tried to ignore the issue. This time around, he has finally opened his gagambino mouth about his break-up with the gorgeous actress.

So I guess Christine is shopping around for a new boyfriend huh? Not that I’m insinuating anything, but I’m 6’6, heavily built – people tell me that my body is “pang-romansa,” and I also like cuddling on rainy nights. Just thought I’d let Christine know that’s all …

Entertainment reporter Nelson Canlas spoke to Dennis regarding the issue and he confirmed that he did date Christine Reyes, but vehemently denied that there was a third party that caused the eventual break-up.

“Naghiwalay kami siguro almost, nang first time naming maghiwalay almost mga mag- iisang taon na… pero kasi ang relasyon (namin) sobrang on and off siya. Although tri-nay naming ayusin ilang beses kaya siya naging on and off,” Dennis told 24 Oras.

Dennis refused to divulge any other details regarding the cause of the beak-up, but he insisted that there was definitely no third party involvement.

“Yung ibang mga problema na yun, siguro ‘di talaga naming naayos so, ‘di namin nabigyan ng solusyon kaya nagresort sa total breakup talaga,’ he quipped.

Dennis also admitted that he is currently seeing other people and he’s hoping that Christine’s love life will turn out for the best as well.

Well her love life will definitely turn out for the best – as long as she ends up with me! Break-ups are always hard, especially if you’re in showbizness. But then again you have to get used to the fact that people will talk and want to dig up any dirt that can be found on you because well – You’re famous!

Don’t worry Dennis, with that spider like Gagambino good looks; I’m pretty sure plenty of girls will be caught in the web of your charms. Just drop them a line like “Daddy’s home” and watch them blush like a “kamatis” and fall head over heels in love with you!
