Rosalinda’s Pilot Episode a big let down

Rosalinda – the newest Thalia rendition of the GMA Network unfortunately didn’t do very well in the ratings game. Everyone actually expected the newest GMA primetime series to make waves in the ratings game because the original show Rosalinda was such a hit; unfortunately it became one of the lowest-rating pilot episodes of a GMA primetime series.

What a shame … well it’s not over till the fat lady sings!

Rosalinda’s pilot episode apparently recorded a grim 26.3% in Mega Manila, the 4th lowest GMA pilot of a primetime series in 5 years. Rosalinda was beaten by its rival ABS-CBN shows Only You which acquired 27.5% and Tayong Dalawa which garnered 31.7%. 24 Oras dominated the primetime with a whopping 32.3% followed by Tayong Dalawa.

Well even though their pilot episode wasn’t what we all expected, it’s still too early tell. Let’s check out their hot cast anyway: Carla Abellana as Rosalinda, the scandalous Katrina Halili (sporting a weird looking short hair) as Fedra, Shery Cruz as Valeria – the MILF mum of Fernando Jose. Jessa Zaragoza as Evangelina, Alfredo’s hottie wife. There’s also Sherilyn Reyes, Sheena Halili, Ryza Cenon, Carlene Aguilar, Ayen Munji -Laurel and Glydel Mercado.

Did you notice something strange about the cast? Well if you’re as thick as evaporated condensed milk, you would’ve noticed by now that this is not the whole cast. I opted to leave out the male characters because well – females are just too beautiful!
