Katrina Halili is back with a vengeance!

It’s good to see her back in the small screen after her sex video scandal with sex video king – “Humping” Hayden Kho.

She was in Batanggas shooting a scene for “Rosalinda” when iGMA was able to catch up with her and check on her current status. In a nutshell, she said she feels blessed to be back working again.

Contrary to her sad and distraught image seen in TV for the past few weeks, Katrina’s teeth were showing during the interview and she’s actually smiling this time. She apparently looked really happy on the set with Mario J. Delos Reyes as the director.

“Sobrang happy ako,” Katrina quipped. “Sabi ko nga dahil sobrang favorite ko si Direk Mario, ‘di ba? At saka kasi kasama ko siya sa Magdusa Ka. So ‘yun, natutuwa ako na napunta ako dito sa group na ‘to at sobrang babait nila.”
She also said that she was a bit rusty with her acting chops in the beginning, but managed to get back into the swing of things fairly easily.
“Medyo matagal din akong nabakante, ‘di ba? Lalo na doon sa pag-memorize ng script. Parang ang feeling ko, ang iksi-iksi ng mga lines. Pinauulit ko sa utak ko baka makalimutan ko eh” she giggled.
“Nakakatuwa kasi mas masasabi ko na mas blessed ako ngayon. Kahit hindi na lang doon sa hindi ko na lang iniisip ‘yung mga projects na dumarating, ‘yung mga taong nagpaparamdam sa iyo ng support. ‘Yun lang, masayang-masaya ko at saka nafi-feel ko ‘yung blessings,”she further added.
Having the whole world see you butt naked and humping all night along like jack rabbits is actually something that’s hard to get over, especially with that embarrassing “Careless Whisper” number. But it looks like Katrina is doing quite well with herself now.

Welcome back Katrina! It’s good to see you back to work  and smiling again. Next time you find a dance partner for another Careless Whisper dance routine give me a holler. I can do a mean body roll, as well as a devastating “electric boogaloo” manoeuvre. I can also roll like a Viking and I’m a certified “macho dancer” in my spare time so I can bump and grind like its 1995! I also hate video tapes so you have nothing to worry about.

Just don’t get any ideas ok? “Strict ang parents ko!”
