When news first broke of Kristin Stewart’s infidelities “Twihards” had a meltdown. In what was a media field day (or week, month or could possibly be a year) we witnessed Kristin’s sallow face humbled before the cameras with soppy public apology. So… like OMG… Yes, she cheated on RPatz with her “Snow White” director Rupert Sanders.

By all accounts it wasn’t a development we saw coming… but in tinseltown a cheating scandal is always just around the corner. The biggest suprise about the whole thing? Why Kristen would cheat on so scrummy it’s ridiculous Rob – well at least that’s the perspective of fans.

1. Tiger Woods/Elin Nordegren

Shocking because: His wife is a Swedish supermodel and the women he chose to cheat with were seriously below-par. Well, I guess when you cheat with 120 or so women it must start to get random – they can’t all be top shelf.

2. Jude Law/Sienna Miller
Busted
Shocking because: He cheated with the nanny. Worse still… his children caught them in bed together.

3. Arnold Schwarzenegger/Maria Shriver
Arnie struggles to explain
Shocking because: He cheated with the house keeper. He fathered a love child… a secret that wasn’t exposed for a decade.

Moral of the story: You can’t “hasta lavista baby” a love child too easily – you will never know when one will pop out the woodwork.
4. Eric Benet/Halle Berry
Crying... cause he's an idiot
Shocking because: Not only did Eric Benet cheat on THE Halle Berry, but, he also tried to explain his infedelity as “trying to save his marriage”. Crazy stupid. No wonder he sings “Sometimes I cry”.
Doesn't get much hotter
Moral of the story: Sleeping around behind your wife’s back is, suprisingly, not the way to save a marriage.
5. Claire Danes/Ben Lee
Why don't people like me?
Shocking because: She seems sweet but is actually quite the cheating whore. She once was engaged to poor old Ben Lee, who she cheated on- with Billy Crudup. Billy Crudup left his eight months pregnant wife (Mary Louise Parker) for Danes. She spent a couple of years in a relationship with him and then decided to cheat on him with Hugh Dancy – who is her husband (for now).
