When Angelina Jolie filed for divorce against Brad Pitt, it shocked the whole world because this power couple have been together for quite some time and they had a lot of kids.
Jolie filed for divorce on the grounds of irreconcilable differences and according to rumours it’s due to substance abuse and quite possibly a suspected affair with his Allied co-star Marion Cotillard.
So imagine when the trailer for Allied dropped showing Pitt getting cosy with Cotillard – it was PR perfection! Allied is directed by Robert Zemeckis and written by Steven Knight and it’s apparently based on a true story about two assassins (Brad Pitt and Marion Cotillard) who fall in love during a mission to kill a German official.
