10. Justine Cooper

In the Buffy the Vampire Slayer TV series, Justine Cooper (Laurel Holloman) had a twin sister who went by the name of Julia Cooper. Tragedy hit when Julia was killed by a vampire and since that unfortunate incident, Justine was unable to deal with her death – she got consumed by her hatred towards vampires.

So what did she do?

She got some booze and roamed around the graveyards at night killing any vampires she encounters. She probably had her headphones on and was listening to Tupac’s song “violent” as she executed them! How’s that for a hobby? But even though Justine is drunkard with a vampire death wish, she’s still hot and sexy in our eyes!

9. Vi (or Violet)

In the Buffy the Vampire Slayer TV series, Vi or Violet (Felicia Day) was actually a Potential Slayer. She first burst onto the scene in the Buffy episode “Showtime.” Vi’s watcher sent her to Buffy who was of course residing in Sunnydale; and this was during the war with The First Evil. At first she seemed like a nervous wreck who didn’t know what the “hellmouth” she was doing, but when she finally received her “slayer” powers, she was suddenly transformed into the female version of Jackie Chan! She even kicked the evil Turok-Hans’ butt all the way to the other end of the Hellmouth!

This is definitely one hot and sexy mean bitch vampires won’t want to mess with. But then we hot blooded men would!

8. Amanda

Also in the Buffy the Vampire Slayer TV series, Amanda (Sarah Hagan) was also considered a Potential Slayer. Amanda was a budding member of the ever exciting swing choir, she first came into sight on the Buffy episode “Help” wherein she was sent to Buffy for kicking another student’s butt who was picking on her – Gold star Amanda! She then appeared later on the episode “Potential” where it then became clear to us that she was a potential slayer. She trained with Buffy for some ass kicking slayer skills but unfortunately she was last seen falling to the ground dead because Turok-Han snapped her neck – ouch! Well regardless if she’s dead or alive; this is one vampire hunter we would still want to keep an eye on!

7. Dana

Once again in the Buffy the Vampire Slayer TV series, Dana (Navi Rawat) was another hottie considered as a Potential Slayer. Dana had a colourful history actually, when she was 10 years old her family was killed by this man called Walter Kindel who also kidnapped and tormented her until she was able to escape. After the tragic incident Dana was totally traumatized and was even locked up in a psychiatric hospital.

Now unlike other potential slayers, Dana was absolutely nuts! At one stage she began quoting past Slayers (even in their native languages) and get this: She was able to capture Spike and she ended up SAWING his hands off! Talk about psycho!

Nevertheless, she’s one hot potential slayer we wouldn’t mind getting confined with in a psychiatric hospital! So who wants to pretend they’re crazy and come with me?

6. Buffy in Buffy the Vampire Slayer 1992 film

Of course, we’re all familiar with Buffy the Vampire Slayer TV series, but some of us might not be familiar with Buffy the Vampire Slayer 1992 film wherein Kristy Swanson played Buffy Summers. The movie was a bit different to the TV series because in the movie, Buffy was a popular cheerleader at Hemery High School. She was your typical super hot popular cheerleader who only had two things in her mind: shopping and partying! You know, the usual intellectual types.

Anyway, everything changed when she gets approached by a man who claimed to be her watcher who informed her that she was a Vampire Slayer and yadi yadi yada you know how the story ends. She kicks the butt of a certain “Lothos” who was the vampire king in the movie.

Buffy was initially a clueless but extremely gorgeous cheerleader in the film – now that’s hot! Well, only for a little while.

5. Kendra

Kendra (Bianca Lawson) was also a Vampire Slayer in the Buffy the Vampire Slayer series. Unlike most slayers, Kendra’s parents gave her up for Slayer training at a very young age. When Buffy died at the hands of The Master, (Xander managed to resuscitate her though) her death automatically activated a second Slayer in the form of Kendra. And since she was brought up in the Slayer ways at an early age, she was fully versed in the Slayer Handbook as well as the Slayer fighting methods. She also owns a stake called Mr. Pointy – which sounds “Bruno” kinky!

Well since she was trained to be a slayer at an early she’s quite innocent to the ways of the world – and I’m pretty sure hundred of guys would be willing to “point” her to the right direction if given the chance!

Just don’t piss her off.

4. BloodRayne

Rayne was played by Kristanna Loken and she’s a mix of of human and vampire we fondly call a Dhampir. Dhampirs are actually impervious to crucifixes and they don’t thirst for human blood either which is good for us. She’s also the daughter of the Vampire King Kagan who in the film has assembled an army of thralls to wipe out the entire human race. Bottom-line: Kagan is not a happy chappy cheerful fella! Rayne of course thwarts his angry daddy’s plans and she did it wearing a steamy and sexy metallic outfit looking like a supermodel in a gothic photo shoot. Gold star for you Rayne!

3. Faith Lehane

Faith is another smoking Vampire Slayer in the Buffy the Vampire Slayer TV series. She was pro Buffy in the beginning, but later became a villain because she was just too wild and too out there. Faith’s strength is uncanny; she actually seemed like the female version of the incredible hulk! She performed incredible feats such as picking up the hunky Angel with one hand and effortlessly throwing him around like a rag doll – she lifted him up over her head and then smashes him into the ceiling! Once, whilst fighting Buffy, she also pummelled her fist into a wall – and that’s when the male audience got excited! Faith was seen in the TV series with a sort of gothic look usually seen in tight sexy outfits – Roarr! This is one badass slayer we don’t mind getting down and dirty with.

2. Anna Valerious

Forget the eerie sound of the name – this vampire hunter is actually as hot as a summer breeze in one of Africa’s desserts! Anna Valerious is the last remaining Valerious family member from the movie Van Helsing. She is portrayed by none other than the gorgeous Kate Beckinsale in the movie. In the horror flick, Anna helped Van Helsing take on the three hottie Dracula’s brides, Verona, Aleera and Marishka and she also helped Van Helsing take on the big boy Dracula himself.

Now she might appear to dress up more conservative in this movie as oppose to her alter ego in the “underworld” series, but nonetheless, she is still scorching hot!

1. Buffy Summers in the TV series Buffy the Vampire Slayer

Come on now, was there ever any doubt that Sarah Michelle Gellar will end up as the number 1 sexiest vampire hunter of all time? Sarah’s matchless sex appeal had propelled the Buffy the Vampire Slayer TV series to the top whilst in between garnering titles such as being ranked #41 on the list of TV Guide’s 50 Greatest TV Shows of All Time, #2 on Empire’s 50 Greatest TV Shows of All Time, #3 in TV Guide’s Top 25 Cult TV Shows of All Time and it was also included in TIME Magazine’s100 Best TV Shows of All Time list.

Although Sarah played Buffy in the TV series she was actually initially cast as Cordelia Chase during a week of auditioning. She persistently pursued the Buffy role, (probably calling the produce 10x a day to ask “did I get the role yet?”) and after several more auditions, she eventually landed the lead role and the world couldn’t be any happier. Even though the series is finished now, Buffy the legend still lives on. And Sarah, the breathtakingly gorgeous actress still remains to be hot. Freddy prinze, you are one lucky sunofagun!
