Mike Tyson’s daughter confirmed dead
Former heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson is in a moment of grief right now as her 4-year-old daughter has just passed away at the hospital due to complications brought about by a tragic accident at home.
Exodus Tyson was a victim of a freak accident wherein she either slipped or put her head in the loop of a cord hanging under the console at their Phoenix home.
Exodus was taken to St. Joseph’s Hospital after her unfortunate accident and was then placed on life support due to her “extremely critical condition.” Very shortly afterwards, she fell into a deep coma and the doctor at St. Joseph’s Hospital ceased trying to resuscitate her after 10 minutes. She was confirmed dead after midnight.
An employee of St. Joseph’s Hospital has revealed to Palluxo.com that Exodus Tyson was officially taken off life support shortly after midnight on May 26, 2009.
“The Tyson family would like to extend our deepest and most heartfelt thanks for all your prayers and support, and we ask that we be allowed our privacy at this difficult time,” Mike Tyson’s family said in a statement to the press.
