How would you react if you saw a random woman dressed in a sexy black dress casually riding around in front of you?

According to Shanghaiist, the bizarre incident occurred on September 12, at around 11 p.m. Many pedestrians saw the woman wearing a revealing costume casually riding her horse down Yan’an West Road in Shanghai. She was eventually apprehended by the police for the stunt and was placed in custody, but it is still not clear what made her pull off the stunt in the first place.
