Golden Lake is a Chinese restaurant that I have been visiting for years and years with my family. It is a special restaurant to us all where we love to celebrate birthdays and other special occasions.

Located along the water at Bella Vista, in the middle of the business park, it is the perfect local dining experience for the whole family. I have only ever been there at night time, but I would imagine that it would be a nice place to have lunch too as you would have a lovely view of the Bella Vista waters while you wine and dine.

Golden Lake Chinese Restaurant is your typical family owned and operated Chinese restaurant specialising in traditional chinese cuisine. The staff are very friendly, always greeting us with a smile and engaging us in conversation.

I love this restaurant because the food is extremely tasty while the portion sizes are huge. I reckon that this place has the best spring rolls I have ever had and they are huge to make it even better!! One of my favourite dishes is the Malaysian Chilli Chicken.  This meal isn’t for the faint hearted as it’s a very spicy chicken dish covered in a sticky chilli sauce. Now, I haven’t found this anywhere else so it’s a must every time I visit the Golden Lake restaurant. Everything on the menu is of very high quality - great tasting traditional chinese food. No matter what your preference – Mongolian Lamb, Cashew Chicken, Honey Chicken, Sweet and Sour Pork, Satay Chicken – or any of your other favourites, you will not be disappointed I can guarantee!
