Iya has been modelling since 2007 and it has been her passion ever since she was a little kid. Even though she only stands 5’3 – her determination and passion in modeling made her stay in this industry up to this day. She decided to create a beauty channel last September 2012to share her passion in modelling as well as her love for the beauty and fashion industry. She is extremely proud on how far her beauty channel has reached in such a short period of time and she owes everything to her family, fiance, friends in the industry, fellow beauty vloggers and bloggers, Henri Villegas who has been an amazing photographer/videographer, POPSUGAR Partner Network and most importantly her subscribers who have all been really genuinely supportive of her channel. Her channel is a platform to promote the beauty and fashion industry in the Philippines in a global scale and this is definitely her way of giving back to the industry that she loves and she is passionate about.

2. Chloe Carson (US)

Chloe has always been passionate about anything beauty related. Ever since she was young she has always wanted to be a hair dresser – in fact she used to always do her mother’s hair in some crazy style and then pretend that it was professionally done! She has obviously gotten much better since then but those incidents actually got her more into all things beauty related. She loves makeup and she really got into makeup when she started watching makeup tutorials in YouTube. After watching all those videos she decided she wanted to do it for herself so she created her own YouTube channel. She is also a homebody; she loves hanging out with friends but she would also be perfectly happy to just stay at home with her family or to snuggle up and read a book. Her parents have always supported her in everything that she does, she has a close knit family and one day she hopes to open up her own beauty salon.

3. Ieva aka Chanelette (Lithuania)

Ieva is a beauty and fashion enthusiast and her YouTube channel is a mixture of everything she feels passionate about. It is a platform where she shares everything she loves in life from beauty products to even food.

4. April May (US)

April’s YouTube Channel is titled “Makeup Obsessed Realness” for a reason – that’s pretty much what you get when you watch any of the videos on her channel! April is all about being real – she decribes herself as makeup obsessed, sarcastic and the most adorable thing you’ve ever seen – and that’s her being sarcastic just then!

5. Althea Nichols (US)

Althea currently has a YouTube channel and blog dedicated to makeup and all things beauty. It all started during a rough patch in her life, where she noticed that YouTube allowed her to escape and do what truly made her happy. Her tips, tricks, and tutorials have made her a growing guru in her home state, and she hopes it will continue to grow! Her motto is “True happiness shines from the inside…out!”, reminding her viewers that beauty comes from the inside and makeup cannot create a beautiful person.

6. Amanda (US)

Amanda is a senior at The University of Tennessee majoring in Political Science and Business Administration. While foreign policy is her forte, makeup is her passion. She loves the excitement it brings to her life. The thrill of new products, colours, and collections help her create looks and change the face. Although makeup is necessary for confidence, it sure doesn’t hurt! It can enhance a woman’s natural beauty and put a little pep in a womans step. What started her YouTube journey was when she decided to try her first liquid foundation. She didn’t know you could use a liquid foundation with a brush and thought they were heavy and “cakey” on the face. Little did she know that there was a whole world of BB creams, foundations, and tinted moisturizers out there. She started recording on her Macbook because she had became obsessed with looking up reviews on products. Next thing you know she was looking for the best eyeshadow, concealer, and eyeliner. She has learned so much from other YouTube beauty gurus and never thought she would be where she is today. She is hoping to help people with makeup as much as YouTube has helped her. She is also hoping to work for a beauty company in marketing or product development upon graduation this May.
